Leepa reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or decline access where required by law or where misuse, abuse, or risk to the platform is detected.

Leepa operates as a non-custodial platform.

Leepa does not hold, control, or custody user funds at any time.

Leepa does not manage, store, or have access to private keys, seed phrases, or wallet recovery credentials.

You retain full control of your wallet and are solely responsible for the confidentiality and security of your wallet credentials.

Leepa cannot assist with wallet recovery, password resets, private key retrieval, or restoration of lost access.

Leepa provides tools that allow the creation and management of both single and recurring stablecoin payments.

When authorizing a payment, you expressly agree to the amount, timing, and terms displayed to you at the point of authorization.

No party may initiate or collect an amount greater than what you have approved.

All transfers occur directly on supported blockchain networks.

Transactions executed on blockchain networks are final and irreversible.

Blockchain networks are publicly accessible and operate independently of Leepa.

You acknowledge that transaction details, including wallet addresses, transaction amounts, timestamps, and status, may be publicly visible.

Leepa does not obscure, alter, or anonymize blockchain-level information.

Privacy characteristics depend on the specific blockchain network you choose to transact on.

Leepa does not guarantee anonymity.

Leepa operates with minimal data collection.

Leepa does not collect, store, or process private keys or wallet access credentials.

Leepa may collect non-sensitive information necessary for platform functionality, security, risk management, and compliance.

Any optional information provided through customer support or communication channels is handled in accordance with applicable data protection standards.

Leepa does not sell, lease, or trade personal information.

You agree that all information you provide when creating payment instructions, receiving payments, or interacting with other platform participants is accurate, complete, and truthful.

You acknowledge that incorrect information, including inaccurate wallet addresses or payment details, may result in permanent and irreversible loss of funds.

Leepa bears no responsibility or liability for losses arising from incorrect information provided by you or any third party.

Leepa does not mediate or resolve commercial disputes.

Where a payment relates to a purchase, subscription, service, or invoice, disputes must be resolved directly between the relevant parties.

Leepa may, at its discretion, provide technical logs or on-chain reference information to assist with dispute resolution.

Leepa does not reverse, refund, modify, or forcibly cancel blockchain transactions.

You may not use the Leepa platform for unlawful activity.

You may not engage in fraud, deception, or unauthorized transactions.

You may not impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity or authority.

You may not send or receive funds associated with prohibited goods or services.

You may not attempt to exploit, attack, interfere with, or manipulate the Leepa platform, its systems, or supported blockchain networks.

Violation of this section may result in immediate suspension or termination of access and, where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities.

Leepa endeavors to provide a reliable and secure platform but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Blockchain networks may experience congestion, delays, or outages beyond Leepa’s control.

Third-party integrations, infrastructure providers, or network participants may experience delays or failures.

Network fees are determined by blockchain conditions and are not controlled by Leepa.

Leepa may perform upgrades, maintenance, or changes to the platform when required.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Leepa shall not be liable for losses arising from user wallet errors, compromised credentials, or loss of access.

Leepa shall not be liable for incorrect payment details entered by you or another party.

Leepa shall not be liable for irreversible blockchain transactions.

Leepa shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

Leepa shall not be liable for losses arising from downtime, network delays, system failures, or third-party service disruptions.
